Beginning in Châteauneuf du Pape, and through the heart of a sea of vines, we cycle gently from village to village to village, remaining off the beaten track. Our route takes us to the Roman town of Vaison la Romaine, home to France's largest Roman achaeological site.
Small country roads then lead us to the foot of Provence's highest peak: Mont Ventoux. We'll tackle the upper slopes to the very summit (optional), where a 360° panorama includes the entire chain of the Alps. We then head southbound to the Luberon Mountains, whose stunning and colorful villages are perched high above the Calavon valley. It's a cycling holiday of contrasting countryside and local encounters, in one of the world's top cycling locations.

Built around a 16th century cloister in the heart of medieval Avignon, within the old ramparts, and steps from the town's historic monuments. The hotel combines the prestige and elegance of the old with every modern amenity.
Swimming pool on the roof and fine Provençal cuisine.
Set in the heart of medieval Vaison la Romaine, in a setting of steep cobbled streets and centuries-old buildings, the hotel Le Beffroi consists of two private mansion houses built in 1554. Charming and elegant rooms are set around a spiraling staircase of 500 years old.
The atmosphere here is more of a private home than a hotel, with Christine & Yann welcome. The location provides stunning views, terraced gardens and a swimming pool overlooking the town.
Mont Ventoux, the highest mountain in Provence, looms over the 25 refined and contemporary rooms of the 3* hotel, set in magnificent sculpted gardens, complete with a swimming pool: a recipe for guaranteed relaxation.
In the restaurant: fresh ingredients from Provençal markets set on tables under the shade of plane trees.
