Between culture, with the likes of famous cities of cultural heritage such as Arles, the Grau du Roi, Les Saintes Marie de la Mer and Aigues-Mortes; culinary specialties, thanks to the incredible production of rice, salt and charcuterie (with bull meat); and ever-present customs, with the pilgrimages of the gypsies every May, la Camargue has a lot to offer.
Walking and cycling in between the small multicoloured swamps used to produce the famous Camargues salt is a one-of-a-kind experience. Depending on the season you will be going there, please make sure that you have a very strong mosquito repellent!
